The following table contains the fictitious "final verdicts" given to each artist for their video. The verdicts are listed by episode, and the videos are listed in order of their "case numbers". This list is arranged in the order in which the episodes were broadcast, and does not include spin-off "specials" (such as Stars on Trial). The list contains the air dates, episode numbers, "accused" music videos, and "jurors" of each episode of the season. Starting with the 19th episode of the third season (Episode 3.19), the show introduced new graphics; these new graphics continued until the 21st episode of the fifth season (Episode 5.21). The show uses a courtroom-style format: each episode usually consists of five music videos being "tried" by five different people, usually comedians, musicians, and entertainment columnists, acting as the "jurors". From the first to mid-fifth seasons, the end of each episode featured a final "verdict" given to each video being "tried". The third season of the Canadian television comedy series Video on Trial premiered on MuchMusic on August 12, 2007 and concluded on August 11, 2008. It consists of 26 episodes.
